To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Returns must be approved before sending any item back
🚫 We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
⚠️ Because we work with international suppliers, return addresses may vary.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–30 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
🔁 Replacements (Recommended for Dropshipping)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
📸 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
🚚 Return Shipping (Important)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
💡 In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
🐾 Delayed Orders
Because we use fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us and we will:
- Reship your order, or
- Issue a full refund
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be stopped.
